This old stone house is positioned in a narrow lane in the traditional mountain village of Melambes.

The property is on two levels with three large interior rooms on the lower level and a private courtyard enclosed by a high wall, including a partially collapsed Cretan oven.  

A staircase leads to the upper level where there are two rooms and a terrace providing mountain and village views.

The house does require a lot of work to restore it but the interior is dry and the ceilings, which are of traditional reeds and beams, are for the most part in excellent condition.

The way the house is built allows one many interesting options for conversions and being in the village access to water and electricity connections are available.
