This partially restored stone house is in a prime position in the village of Kerames. It is in the front row of the village facing the sea and the view cannot be spolit. Almost all neighbouring houses have been beautifully restored to a high standard making this an attractive location. 

The house has been restored on the upper level but requires total restoration on the lower floor.

The upper level of 40m² has been restored but could benefit from further modernisation. This floor comprises:

There are large terraces on both levels.

The entire lower level of approx 60 m² is unrestored and requires a lot of work, although it would more than double the size of the house on completion.
