The plot is just over 12500m2 and can be used to build a property for a private home or as a tourism project, as it is large enough to comply with the required area for a tourism project in this part of the south coast. A large area of the plot has been flattened making building much easier.

The plot is along a country lane with virtually no traffic and about 500 metres from the traditional and friendly village of Saktouria. The plot gently slopes in a south westerly direction and has magnificent views all along the south west coast line and down towards Triopetra beach and out towards the Paximathia islands. The sunsets from this position will rival the best in Greece.

There are approximately 150 olive trees planted on the land, and several other varieties of fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The fruit trees have the normal agricultural watering system installed of black plastic pipes with dripper irrigation. There is a private water supply from a spring. Attractive stone walls have also been added to the plot.
