This old stone house, with parts 100 years old, is on two storeys and has a small garden area. It is a short walk from the main village square at the village of Kria Vrisi. 

The property is on two levels with the original stone building on the lower floor and on the upper level a more modern concrete structure. 

There is a very simple kitchen area with water, but there is no functioning bathroom.

The house requires full restoration but could make a comfortable property and is surrounded by amazing country views.

The village of Kria Vrisi is a traditional village, with basic supplies possibly available in the kafenion, but the larger town of Spili has all regular ammenities and is a short drive away.
