• Kassandra is a charming, young woman with excellent English but she is also seriously good at her job. I had owned two plots of land since 2006 but the reasons for owning them evaporated years ago. I thought there was little chance of selling them - and even less of making a profit - in Crete’s moribund property market. When Kassie took over at Crete4me she inherited the plots, which had already been for sale for several years! Undeterred, she found buyers for both in the next year (despite the concrete frame erected in front of one of them soon after I bought) and they each sold at a modest profit boosted by the weakness of the pound vs the euro over the last sixteen years to make a quite acceptable return on investment.
